Hi, i am looking to buy those things that help you stay fit, its like a stomach belt thing, and all those other things you stick to your arms and legs to flex your muscles, but not sure what the whole kit is called anyone help please, or if you know where i can buy one from please let me know!

It's Slendertone that you're thinking of. They don't work though. I have one at home for my stomach and you can feel it doing something but you don't see any and change.

Those do not work. Hospitals use them to revitalize muscles that have atrophied (stopped working from lack of use).
The power needed to flex muscle to point of true exercise is not obtainable with the infomercial kind. Even the hospital ones, which are hundreds of times more powerful and technically capable of this, aren't used by anyone to build muscle.
The thing is that at the power setting to this, the electricity would be burning your bodily tissues and destroying cells all at the cost of an easy work-out.

Best exercise Pilates, join a class, you will soon flatten out the stomach and enjoy the class.
