At what age do you think you should be legally allowed to have sex?
By Law its 10 here...

Where do you live? I find it hard to believe it could be age 10 anywhere.
To me, there is a legal issue here as to when one would be able to have consensual sex without criminal repercussions and when one might feel most people should be allowed to have sex.
10 years old is a child. A child should not be having sex
with anyone.

There is no law stating when kids can have sex with someone their or around their own age. All states however, have a consentual age when they can have sex with someone over the age of 18. In Washington that age is 16, but in a lot of states it is 17 or 18.

10??? That itself is criminal. Children that young cannot "consent" to something like sex at such an age. They may think they consent, but no, not possible.
Besides, what would happen to children under that age? Such a law makes no sense. Are you sure your source is accurate?

10!!!!my god where do you live??? Its 16 here and i think thats ok although i think having an age limit on anything makes kids want to do whatever it is before they are legally old enough to look big to their friends.

As a parent 25, knowing how kids are, 19, no younger they are simply not ready for that encounter.
