For me, the bible had way too many contradictions in it that I just couldn't get past. That's my own reason though, and I don't feel that everyone should believe the same as I do. How else would there be variety in the world? This site shows a lot of reason why many have converted. Please, have an open mind. This is a question that is meant to open minds and encourage debate, not insults or abuse. I don't intend to abuse you, so please have that same respect.

well why do people convert to any religion? its about personal belief. Many christains also convert to Judaism. I studied Islam and I found many holes in that religion that were filled with Judaism...

Not just Christians but people from different religious backgrounds do convert to Islam regularly. I think it would be different reasons for different people; some would find the religion compatible with their view on life and others might acknowledge that the Quran is the confirmation of that which was revealed before it.
Moreover unlike the Bible, the Quran has never had any versions; there has always been ONE Quran and it continues to be that way. There is no ambiguity where the Scripture of this religion is concerned so I think that should also serve as inspiration.
Either way, I feel the inspiration would generally come from the Quran because missionary endeavors only see limited success; when a person is being told about a religion, indirectly their own religion is being termed wrong. So reasoning with another person is not the most common way I suppose. I think if more and more people start reading the Quran, they will set aside their prejudices and the number of converts will keep expanding.

First of all I’d like to congratulate you on converting to this wonderful religion. Second of all a lot of Christians convert to Islam because they find their religion missing something very important, THE TRUTH. As you mentioned the bible has waaay to many contradictions because they keep renewing the damn thing! Second of all when people study Islam they realize that they’ve been living in falsehood the whole time!!

Not only normal Christians but priests and preachers convert to Islam because they find in it answers they didn't find in the 35 different Bibles they have, they found the answers in One book: The Holy Quran

Simply because of there unbelief is why they convert..The Bible clearly states avoid genealogies about the truth..GOD WORDS clearly states the truth, I've read the bible and still reading and Ive come to understand that the verses explains the one before. Jesus says the reason you have not is because you ask not and when you ask you ask wavering not knowing or should we say not believing.Quote"Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God"."Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God"Yea of coarse we had ordinances given by God to men through the inspiration of the holy spirit, an most of all Gods Laws written by God himself and handed down too man but man disobeyed over and over but God showed mercy and set before mankind a new covenant that will rein supreme though out time and eternity and that was your savior and mine who humble himself Gods only son (Jesus Christ)all he had left to show how much he loved us to win us back from a dying and perverted world.Romans 5-8th verse "God commendeth his love toward us while we were yet sinners Christ died for us....the only way to worship God is in spirit and truth. Jesus says"I am the way the truth and the life,no man comes unto the father but by me". God loves you man! The heart that is where truth stands and KNOCKS!

I don't think that is true but if is was I'd say Freedom of faith. Lots of muslims convert to Christianity too! And lots of christians convert to atheism. I guess I depends on your personal truth.

Here is the debate Gods word is true and everyman a liar! It is Flawless, I have read it cover to cover several times and compared each fact to secular history and it is flawless, now better than that you can receive his Holy spirit right now and it will not contradict anything the bible says and you will know! here read this:

i replaced into groomed to be a Lutheran minister...i'm now a Muslim and that i compliment Allah(swt) for the possibility to make that determination. My conversion replaced into because of the discrepancies in waht the Christian church taught...it replaced into coaching me that i'm believing in a faith. there is not any word in Arabic (the language of the Qur'an) that interprets Islam to point a faith in English. Islam is deen, a life-variety and that's what i replaced into finding for.
