There are many reason for yellow eyes. It sounds like your child has jaundice. The list of causes for jaundice is a mile long spanning not-so serious to very-serious causes. Does your child have any complaints of abdominal pain? If so it may be related to your child's liver, pancreas, or gall bladder. It could also be related to increased breakdown of red blood cells. This is certainly a very concerning problem that I would have evaluated as soon as possible. I would personally take my child to the emergency department to have labs drawn and to make sure she isn't anemic. This could be a sign of a serious medical condition.

She is jaundiced. You need to get her to a doctor ASAP---her liver isn't functioning. This is extremely serious and needs to be taken care of quickly to prevent permanent liver damage.
Good luck.
