I would just happy your here to ask this silly question and not worry about compensation .. every case is different and no one can answer that except a lawyer ..I hope you were wearing a seat belt .. if not ,and if it is law in your place of residence or where the accident occurred you may not get anything .except a fine , and if you were then you might not have gotten whiplash ..

You may want to contact the insurance agency and find out what the compensation is. Most insurance policy have 50,000 for injury in accidents. you will want to talk with the drive of the car you where riding in and get the insurance information from him as well as the information from the other car involved. You where a by stander in the car so who ever was at fault in the accident is the agency you will need to contact to get compensation. If none want to pay then you will need to file legal action.

7 years ago I've been involved in a car wreck and even since suffered with severe on and off facial and jaw pain. I've tried almost everything western medicine had to offer and had visited countless of specialist, had done ct scans, and therapies but to no avail. The doctors I have been to had persisted that there wasn't anything wrong with me and that almost drove me crazy as I was going through hell from this condition. According to all my symptoms I was diagnosed by a holistic doctor as having TMJ and he had recommended this book to me. After following the recommendation in the book for several weeks, it had changed my life. I got immediate relief after following the unique set of exercises in the book and after 2 weeks the jaw and face pain had completely gone. I only wish I would have ordered this program years ago. It would have saved me a lot of pain and anguish.

Nothing, if you had correctly adjusted your headrest it wouldn't have happened.
Whiplash compensation is one of those scams that it putting up the price of everyone's insurance.
If you have suffered a real loss, ie loss of earnings due to injury which can be certified and proved to relate to someone's fault, you may get back some of what you lost, no more.
Lawyers will get most of the money.

i like that persons answer insurance questions while they have certainly no theory what they are speaking approximately. once you're a passenger on your guy or woman motor vehicle and the driving force is legally to blame to your injuries then confident, you could report a BI declare. even if, had you been the driving force then no. see the version? you won't have the capacity to be at risk of your self rather. in this occasion, somebody else is at risk of you. you ought to truly talk on your adjuster as with scientific money and PIP and BI varies dramatically from state to state i does no longer start to furnish you an answer to no remember if or no longer you ought to or shouldn't report the declare. enable the pros preserve that for you.

That will depend upon your actual financial losses. Your hospital bills and any lost wages are a given. Beyond that, damages for "pain and suffering" may be in order IF you suffered significant injury. Typical offers run from 1/2 of actual damages to maybe 3 tmes actual damages unless there was significant injury involved. Beyond that will probably have to go to court and you can expect that to be drawn out for several years in most cases.

It depends on the severity of the injury. Were you admitted to hospital? Did you miss any work? Did you need months of physio? Is the injury affecting how you go about your daily life?
Unless you can answer these satisfactorily, and back up your responses with documentation, then you are unlikely to be entitled to anything.
