im 5`11 115lbs.. .ASIAN ..nost people says that asian has small built of body type compare to american bodies..so any tips on how i can reach my goal..?

Go to a nutrition store like GNC (General Nutrition Center) They have protein powders and other supplements that can help you gain weight.

Go to herbalist or health food store and you'll find also sorts of herbs, vitamins, juices, foods, even protein powders to help you gain weight. If you're a hard gainer and a meat eater the meat might be clogging your arteries.. do you have strange bumps on your skin and pimples for no apparent reason if so stop eating meating for 3 months to see. If necessary go to a herbalist or a doctor!

Can your body frame carry this much weight? If your going to gain weight do it a healthy way. Increase good carbs, whole wheat, multi-grains bread. Increase protein. Eat 5-6 meals a day instead of 3. Also go see a Registered Dietitian. She can put you on a program to gain weight. And let you know if your body frame can carry that much weight.

Do not eat fat foods. Eat high protein foods and weight train. Don't take pills or use powders. Do it the natural way and it will last. Talk to a nutritionist and a personal trainer for tips.

it could be you have a very productive metabolism.

listen, i wiegh 200lbs and it aint fun....you probably need to hit 180lbs and stop.....but anyway just eat alot of sweets,like dounuts.and eat greasy foods like chicken.
