Anything but too much junk food. Dairy such as yogurt, cheese milk. Fish, lots of fruit and vegetables. Pasta, rice, chicken, beef.
Basically anything but not alot of coldcuts hotdogs and sugars or processed stuff.

The same as for a healthy adult plus milk and a little extra fat such as in cheese but with as little salt and sugar as possible. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, protein in the form of chicken, a little red meat, fish, carbohydrates such as potatoes, pasta and rice and pulses.
Definitely no salt, no sweets (apart from very occasionally some chocolate as a treat), no fizzy drinks, no processed food, no articificial sugar substitutes, no Macdonalds, no fried fast food etc.
To drink preferably milk or water or diluted fruit juice.

The same thing that everyone should be eating. Fruits, veggies, whole grains, protein. Limit candy, and juice. Juice has so much natural sugar in it that is it not good for them or their teeth. Fresh fruit is much healthier.
