Yes... I have one too. It is from the heat of the computer. And I should have been in bed asleep 4 hours ago. I am powerless. Maybe we need to get some advise from the Hindus. They seem to have self control. I am serious.

Drink a lot of fluids, especially water, and give yourself one hour of R&S then take a break, get some rest and come back again later for just another hour. Don't tire yourself out or it'll take your body longer to get well.

I have a cold myself, put a cold washcloth with ice in it on your head lay down and use a laptop if you have one.

I hear ya, R&S is great fun. Have you ever tried the divorce section? It can be great fun too, kinda a downer tho. Any of the society ones are fun really.
