Bored are you. The term earth is relatively well defined but the term heaven is not. If you mean the air above the earth (the heaven the birds fly in) then the earth would have to be first because as of this moment most scientists agree gravity is necessary to produce that heaven. If you mean the heaven where the stars are it seems likely space predates the earth in any form. If you mean the heaven where God lives then first has no meaning as time has no meaning to God.

Heaven. When Adam and Eve were created God gave them everything good including heaven. But then since they committed a sin they were sent to earth. You all believe good was created first and bad appeared then. So heaven is good and earth is bad. Which means heaven came first.
