If Jesus is NOT the ONE TRUE God, then He, known as Mighty God, and King of Kings and Lord of Lords, is a FALSE God.

Please explain why you think it is possible for a FALSE God to achieve such things?

Jeremiah 32:18 shows that Jehovah is the mighty God:(your version says Jehovah where mines says the LORD)
18Thou shewest lovingkindness unto thousands, and recompensest the iniquity of the fathers into the bosom of their children after them: the Great, the Mighty God, the LORD of hosts, is his name,

Isaiah 9:6 shows Christ is the mighty God:
6For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and TRUTH. (emphasis mine)

....says Jesus is TRUE, so he can't be FALSE

Please read in context. A god can only be true or false. There is NO IN BETWEEN. There is only ONE true god. Then the rest are false.

You mentioned 2 Corinthians 4:4.... if read in context, it plainly calls satan a FALSE god and discusses the Glory of Jesus, that he is the OPPOSITE of satan, and must therefor be TRUE:

3But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 5For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake. 6For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

There IS a conflict. If there is ONE true god, then all other gods are NOT true, they are false. You are saying that Jesus is a false god....

Jesus is a mighty god, while Jehovah is the Almighty God. Nothing was possible without God. Jesus' power came from his Father.

Ps 82, are these human judges / gods false or true?
Ex 7:1, Is Moses a false god or true?
Judges 13:21, 22 is this angel of Jehovah a false God or true God?

Ps 82 these human judges received their godship from Jehovah so they are not true or false.

They are powerful or mighty men who have been given the responsibility to represent Jehovah.

They had the power of life and death over Jehovah's people.

If you worship these human judges at Ps 82, only then do they become false gods.

Moses as Jehovah's spokesman became God to Pharaoh.
Moses in exercising Jehovah's commandments had the power of life and death over the Egyptians.

Only if you tried to worship Moses does he become a false god.

The angel of Jehovah in Judges, spoke for Jehovah as Jehovah's Representative.

If Manoah worshiped the angel, then the angel would be a false God.

Since Jesus, like the human judges, Moses, and the angel has been appointed by Jehovah to be his spokesman, his representative. There is nothing true or false about his godship. (John 10:34, 35)

Only if you worship Jesus does he become a false god.

Jehovah is the only true God according to Jesus (John 17:3)
according to Paul (1 Cor 8:6)

If you believe Jesus is more than an image then you have been blinded by Satan (2 Cor 4:4) blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.

Why would a faithful person want to worship an image?

Anna ,

Jesus speaks the truth. Please read John 17:1-3 where according to Jesus himself, the Father is the ONLY TRUE GOD. The term “true God” only refers to the Father as found in the Bible. In what sense? That the Father is the only true God, that is, the Only Almighty God and Creator. Does this mean that all the other “gods” are all false? No.
What does the word ONLY means? If there are three persons in one God, Jesus should have said, “WE ARE the only true God”, Notice Jesus did not include himself in John 17:3. He didn’t use We, he used You referring to the Father only.

God have created angels, and others whom he called “gods”. These “gods” are creations of God. Jesus became the Mighty God (Notice Isa 9:6 is in the FUTURE tense – SHALL/WILL be called”. So before the prophecy in Isa 9:6 was fulfilled, Jesus was not yet called “Mighty God”. Jehovah is the Uncreated God. The gods are created by Jehovah.

Also notice in Deut 10:17, Jehovah is called “God of gods”. Jehovah cannot be “God of false gods” if you say that all “gods” are false then you are saying that Jehovah is like Satan which of course is not true.

Notice also that in John 3:16 , God sent his Son, it didn’t say God sent the true God.
So Jesus , the Son of God, is TRUE, because he is the True Son of the True God.

The trinity doctrine, is just that a doctrine created by man. The early Christians, nor Jesus taught this doctrine. It did not come into existed until 400 years after Jesus death.

How Satan must laugh when he see how this "doctrine" has caused so many to ignore Jehovah's existence and to direct their worship to his Son.

Have you ever thought, what if you are wrong? Are you not in a sense slapping Jehovah in the face by saying he doesn't exist? No matter how sincere you are at worshiping his Son Jesus, if you ignore Jehovah who was the one who sent his son, his first born of all creation to die for us, how acceptable would your worship be to him?

Just something to think about.

Jehovah's Witness do believe that Jesus is a mighty god, but not the Almighty God as Ps. 83: 18 brings out. Jesus is the Messiah and by means of his sacrifice we have the hope of everlasting life. John 17:3 "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you the only true God, and the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."

Anything that is worshiped can be termed a god, inasmuch as the worshiper attributes to it might greater than he own and venerates it.A person can even let his belly be his god.(Phil.3:19).
Jesus himself said at John 17:3:"This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you,the only true God,and of the one whom you sent forth,Jesus Christ."
So even Jesus recognised that his Father,Jehovah was the only true God.The only God worthy of praise and honor and worship.
Isaiah prophectically referred to Jesus among other things as 'Mighty God'(Isa9:6).At Isaiah 10:21,the same prophet spoke of Jehovah as "the Mighty God"Some try to use this similiarity of wording to prove that Jesus is God.But we need to be careful about reading too much into these verses. The Hebrew expression rendered "Mighty God" is not limited Jehovah as is the expression "Almighty God"Admittedly, there is a difference between being mighty and being almighty with no superior.
According to Isaiah43:10,Jehovah said:"Before me there was no God formed, and after me there continued to be none".But those words do not prove that Jesus is God.The point is that Jehovah had no predecessor, that no god existed before him,for he is eternal. There will be no god after Jehovah because he will always exist and will have no successors as the Supreme Sovereign.Yet,Jehovah did produce others that he himself called gods,as the Scriptures show by saying concerning certain humans:"I myself, have said,'You are gods, and all of you are sons of the Most High.Surely you will die just as men do;and like any one of the princes you will fall!"(Ps.82:6,7).
Similiarly, the word was a god, created by Jehovah, but that did not make Jesus equal to Almighty God at any time.

Unfortunately the Bibles of different monotheism's interpretation, do differ to a degree.

If we read the Bible today or tomorrow, it may not be as it was written in Hebrew before being translated into Latin by the Romans in 320 AD.

Obvious there has been changes during the translation of the different languages over the past 2,000 years.

The earliest manuscript copies of the books of the Old Testament written in Hebrew, feature God's name in the form of the Tetragrammistions, four Hebrew letters, the equivalents of YHWH, or Yahweh with the vowels omitted, and usually written in a more archaic form than the rest of the text.

Where Jesus addressed God as Father, doesn't mean he was actually the Son of God. The Jewish holy men of the many called Nabi or Hasid or even an ordinary person referred to as Abba, would enter into dialogue with God, would also use the title of Father, our Adonai being our Lord.

If Jesus was the Son of God, you think the Dead Sea Scrolls would have some reference. Maybe there is some hope yet, as there is still plenty of bits and pieces to put together.

What really intrigues me is the fact they, the Essens spoke about the light and darknes, the wicked priest and the righteous one. Where do these parables fit in with the false God image scenario.

Sixty to ninety years AD after death of Jesus, the Christen founders writing in Greek changed their ideas on what was appropriate to them.

I personally would not worry, as God's voice told Moses the code of conduct of life and how to behave towards tho neighbour is the most important part of any measage handed down in the scriptures.

To believe in one's self and have faith is also a way to believe in God.

A mighty god gets its power and existence from an Almighty God, or are you diminishing his Father to the level of just a mighty god?

The Bible also refers to Satan as a god, as well as men. The word god is simply a descriptive title that can be applied in many ways. It takes on importance beyond that when you add mighty, Almighty, or God's name to it.

If you really cared, you would buy an Interlinear Greek Translation of the New Testament at any Bible Book Store. You will see that the Apostle John used different spellings for the word god, but never used the same spelling in reference to The Word and to his Father. He did use the same spelling in reference to The Word, Satan, and men as what? "A god" or "God"? Is Satan also God?

Why do you think Jesus must be a false god if he isn't GOD Almighty?

Was Moses a true god or a false god when he was directed to appear before Pharaoh?

"Please explain why you think it is possible for a FALSE God to achieve such things?"

A false god couldn't. However Jesus has the support and direction of his Father Jehovah God. He is no false god but he isn't GOD.

You still don't get it. That is so sad. At John 17:3, Jesus prayed to his Father, calling him, the only true God. A few hours after this prayer, Jesus was executed. But he was not dead for long—only from Friday afternoon till Sunday morning. (Matthew 27:57–28:6) “This Jesus God resurrected,” the apostle Peter reports, “of which fact we are all witnesses.” (Acts 2:31, 32) Could Jesus have resurrected himself? No, according to the Bible, the dead “are conscious of nothing at all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:5) “The only true God,” Jesus’ heavenly Father, resurrected his Son.—Acts 2:32; 10:40.

A short time afterward, Jesus’ disciple Stephen was killed by religious persecutors. As they were about to stone him, Stephen was granted a vision. He stated: “Look! I behold the heavens opened up and the Son of man standing at God’s right hand.” (Acts 7:56) Jesus, “the Son of man,” was thus seen by Stephen in a role supportive to God in heaven—“at God’s right hand”—even as he had been ‘alongside God’ before he came to earth.—John 17:5.

There is no conflict by calling Jesus a god. At Ps. 82:6, human judges were called gods. At 2 Cor. 4:4, Satan is called a god. Surely, Jesus is above Satan.

The Bible plainly calls Jesus' Father the ONLY true God. John 17:3. Perhaps you could look up the word "only" in the dictionary to get a better understanding of what the word means.

The only Scripture which refers to "the only true God" makes it incredibly obvious that Jesus is a person distinct from "the only true God"!

(John 17:3) This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ.

Since Jesus (the Son) was "sent forth" on an assignment from "the only true God", the two cannot be the same person. Interestingly, the verse even teaches that God is superior to Jesus (since Jesus the Son directs prayer to and performs the work assigned by God the Father).

Meanwhile, it is sad when anti-Witnesses imply that Jehovah's Witnesses believe Jesus to be "false".

None of the Scriptures which have been translated to refer to Jehovah as "true" actually uses a term which is strictly an antonym of "false". Instead, in both Hebrew and Greek the terms convey the sense of being an "absolute" or "genuine" god in comparison with other so-called "gods". Almighty Jehovah has no peer among so-called "gods" such as Baal and Molech, Zeus and Jupiter.

Interestingly, the Scriptures nine times refer to Jehovah as "the true Lord". Yet the word "lord" is used dozens of times in reference to kings, dignitaries, masters, angels, and (of course) Jesus Christ. Would this questioner pretend that all of these "lords" must be "false" or else also be part of a single mysterious multi-personalitied "true Lord"?

No where does Jesus userp Jehovah's role. Jesus is in NO way a "False" god. He does not make any claims to be The Almighty or worthy of worship.
