I am assuming you have someone in particular in mind. Because, in general, young men are not attracted to women who are just so much older. And I agree with the others that if you find older women attractive in general, start with someone a bit closer to your age.
I have been approached by men as young as you. I think it is my comfort level with people of all ages and the fact I am youthful in appearance and spirit. In general, I have not dated anyone as young as you are because I would view someone of that age as more of a son/friend. However, with the right person, I strongly believe that age does not matter.
Those are the obstacles you will face with an older woman. There is a social stigma attached to dating an older woman, as you have probably noticed from people who post. In their provincial opinions, based on lack of experience for the most part, they see no attraction to anyone beyond the scope of their own age level as attractive. It is your job to disprove to a woman that she will have cause for shame. After all, you probably plan to date her openly in public...
I disagree that an older woman should approach you. Already she will be viewed as a "cougar" (check the internet for what that term means in relations to dating) and a predator for dating you. That is plenty aggressive enough as a label. It is up to you as the man to approach her...why would the rules of dating be any different ? Be direct, always.
When I am approached by a younger man, I am not seeking his youthful exhuberance...I am checking that he has the maturity and self confidence to keep up with me. I am cautious that he isn't a gold digger or prone to melodrama. Otherwise, what he has to offer a relationship is no more nor less than any other man.

Lower the age to 34. Now hear this. Go to a local hospital which is fairly large. Become a volunteer. Work a few hours a week. You'll meet many very friendly woman in the mid 30 to mid 40 age group. Be innocent. Let them like you, tell them you really like their eyes, and they are so kind to everybody. They'll take you home sooner or later. Do not refuse to play the games they play, and don't get drunk, not even a little. If you run into a married woman who can't get enough, don't go to her house, ask about a hotel for a romp. Lots of women will got a long way to bed a 19 yr old, to maximize your learning experience, ask them to help, and in truth, coffee is great for a male before sex. If they can get you into a jacuzzi, give yourself about 20 mins at 104F, and it's damn near sterilize your parts for the evening, and safe sex is good. but, unsafe sex is sometimes unavoidable, and the 104 will cut down on the preg possiblities.

A lot of guys have that. An older woman seems like a great score, because she can teach you things and because she could have anyone and chooses you.
To start something, you might want to start with a woman around 30 or so, where you can still learn a lot but she won't think of you as her kid's age. You want to find something where you meet women. If you're a little chubby, go to a weightwatchers meeting, they have tons of women there, like 95% women. Ask for advice or something, don't immediately start talking about sex. Oh, and be sure to bathe every day and wear clean clothes and bathe after showering too, because young guys often smell!

What is it that you find attractive about women over 40? What do you have to offer a woman over 40? Are you aware that if a woman gave birth to you when she was 21 or older that she could easily be your mother?
I have reservations about your desire.

Just ingage in interesting conversation. Good for you I am 22 and my girlfriend is 38 we have been together for three years now. I hope you have your own car/job and can impress your friend to a point. Be like no other guy has been to her in a long time. Treat her like a princess.

You might be able to find a website online that connects old women with young men... But it would probably be purely sexual because as a 19 year old you have NOTHING else to offer other than youthful enthusiasm.
I don't think it is particularly healthy (or socially acceptable), but that is an answer to your question.

Hey man ,
Its just a stage of life everyone goes through at this age, it will end once you get a girlfriend,don't worry about that.
Just don't follow your dreams at this stage , I know you are strong enough for that.

Online services are all that I can think of that MIGHT help you out. To be perfectly frank, it's hard enough to find women who are attracted to men in their OWN age group.

Start by being friends with one, then when you are comfortable with the closeness, you can tell her about how u feel.
but don't expect much, they might just laugh at you. but u know, it's worth a try.
