Umm... Unfortunately, I ate a massive bowl of mac & cheese and now it has made me bloated and given me terrible gas. Tommorrow I have to go to school; although I'm not necessarily sick, just sort of lactose intolerant (and egg intolerant, however u say it) and I dread sitting in a crowded classroom for six hours in my current state. I "let one rip" every two to three minutes and I can feel how bloated I am. How can I speed up this to guarantee a no gas school day?

Gas-X or Phazyme are good products you can pick up from the drugstore that will dramatically reduce the gas in your system.

Sounds like you've got IBS, not lactose intolerance, if you have reactions to both mac & cheese and eggs.

Good luck!

Pepto bismal and drink a TON of water. I'm having to do that right now, it SUCKS!

Next time, take a lactase pill (the enzyme that breaks down lactose) with your meal and you'll probably feel better. Lactase pills are found anywhere cold medicine, etc are found.
