plzz help me to open my third eye is there any way that i can open my third eye by myself only so please help mw and give me some advice how to open my third eye..........

its all about trusting your instincts and inner voice which is usually the first thing that comes to your mind in a situation. listen to the feelings in your body. this is the first step. once you can trust your self you can practice other techniques. try it and see. don't second guess your self either.

It's not a short easy process. Start meditating to open yourself up. Focus on your third eye as you meditate and it will be a good start.

talk to either Shiva, Vishnu, or Brahma. Don't talk tot he monkey king avatar/jataka of the Buddha, he's bad to me.

It takes quite a while to get where you can use your extra sence. It's not something you can just do in five minutes, it is something you have to work at.
