I've suddenly started having problems with my Internet Cleanup 5.0 program. I can't get it to run and I can't delete it either. I've tried System Restore, going back more than a month, and that hasn't made any difference so I'm wondering whether it's a subscription issue, although I've had no prompting email. What can I do - is it worth repurchasing the software and downloading it in the hope it'll replace the 'corrupt' one? I've looked on the website and there are no obvious solutions to the problem. Many thanks for any help.

Ive had a quick look on the web. It seems that Internet cleanup is NOT freeware. So it is possible that the software will have disabled itself if the licence has expired. but you should have had some sort of warning regarding your licence.
If u think the product is still within its licenced period, i would recommend contacting the manufacturer.
As for repurchasing the software, i wouldn't like to say having never used it.
hope this helps

I think this link is correct, ( its an American site)
