please let me kno and if you happen to have IMVU im on it n im a NEW developer n im trying to make a sticker of my own avi but it says my sticker needs to be a certain size...also if u are on IMVU n are a developer can u help me by teaching me how to create clothes... thanks! hope u know a resizing program for all kinda pics let me kno ASAP

If you're talking about resizing the physical size of the image, I use Microsoft Paint and under the Image option Stretch/Skew that way you can reduce or increase the size of the picture.
If you're talking about resizing the storage size of the picture, then use the program Irfanview, which is free and quite easy to save jpgs with different qualities, so that the size can be reduced. www.irfanview.com

There are many good photo programs on the market today. My favorite is Adobe Photoshop CS. But that is also very expensive. If proce is a factor go to www.download.com and look up digital photography programs that you can use. Many are free trials and some are simply free to use. FXFoto is one of the free ones that has all the basic stuff for fixing up photos and resizing them. Good luck!
