I have the same thing,I bought a foot roller,it helps alot if you can't get one take a tennis ball and place it under your foot, roll it in your arch using your body weight for pressure,it may hurt at first but it really does help .Also get an orthodic for your shoes,Birkenstock makes a good one for about $40 .It takes a minute to feel better but it"s worth it. Good Luck.

As a Massage therapist we work a lot with Plantar Fasciaitis, and have gotten great results.

What we usually recommend to our clients for trying to get rid of the pain with Plantar Fasciaitis is...

1. Get some sport sandels. You want sandels that have these little finger like projections on the bottom of the foot, not the little nubs. You can make sure they are the right one by making sure they move, if they don't look for the ones that move. The disclaimer with this will be that it will hurt your feet for about a week or so. Oh, you can't wear sock with them either. The reason for the pain is because the finger like projection are breaking up the connective tissue and working on the muscles of your feet.

2. Get a golf ball and roll it around in the bottom of your feet. Start by sitting down because the pain with breaking up the fascia will be intense at first. Eventually you should be able to increase your weight on the golf ball. Once again, it does hurt.

... We have had clients come into our office and have expensive orthotics and we usually don't recommend them only because... they are only masking the pain, they put your weight on the toes and allow you to not use your arch which is why you are instructed to basicly live in them and to never go barefoot.

I know you are wondering... I want to get rid of the pain not cause myself more pain, but... it does work... we work a lot with these types of clients and it does work... it is just in order to work this out you have to go through some pain.

If you still have the pain after trying this what I would recommend is seeing if you have a leg length difference because if so... that would cause some of the problems because you would be putting more weight on one leg.

Good luck.

Make definite you hold hot, sounds seen however it is precise put on gloves and a hat even interior and that are meant to support with being bloodless. For the soreness I'd endorse sizzling baths or warmth patches that you'll be able to positioned to your again and make certain you do not lie down awkwardly, be propped up. Try honey and lemon or lemsip for the bloodless and throat. I had anything in which they stated the scan have been traditional however I felt garbage, guessing you will have been to a physician. If you'll be able to check out excersizing because it does make you consider a little greater, check out strecthing if it does not harm. Hope you get greater quickly and a few of this is helping.

Wearing splints at night can help and I would try some physical therapy as well.
