MSG is so outdated, it needs to be replaced. Personally I would have preferred a Jets/Olympic Stadium.
NYC needs a World Class arena venue.
The Giants/Jets stadium and Continental Airlines Arena is not an option for most New Yorkers, because they do not own cars, the train station is to little/to late. The Newark/Devils and the Red Bulls facilities are a bit far out of town.
MSG need to one-up the Brooklyn/Nets arena and the updated Javits Center for the Concert & Event business.
