I have had questions (that are serious) about christianity and other things on YA. I'm not sure if I worded them in a way that seems mean. I want to know a way to ask questions so they don't seem insulting.

Just be truthfull, Christians should not be offended by the truth. An honest question will not offend a true Christian.

Be truthful and honest and do it in love and understanding
don't be rude or disrespectful
no one likes to be belittled by anyone and
remember we all have our own areas of
expertise
even if you know the truth about one subject
maybe wisdom and patience should be your guide
ask questions that will draw out the love of god and his Son Jesus
it's all about Jesus.............

Preface your question with, "I have heard, or read". This takes the imagined evilness in an imaginary figures lap and the answes will be offering the real 'truth'.

You cannot ask questions about religion without offending someone. You might as well not even try.

Be polite. You might indicate that you are not trying to be rude. People might understand it in case you are doubtful.

sometimes you just have to go for it...the worst case scenario is your question will get deleted because someone abused the report button...
