How long does the caffeine from chocloate more specifically stay in your breastmilk?
I'm not sure if all caffeine is the same or not , but how long should wait feed my son after eating a couple pieces of chocloate? He is kind of a sensative baby when it comes to what I eat ( has gas if I eat vegetables). I just don't want to upset him or his stomach. I just need to know if anyone knows the time I should wait or if I need to pump and dump after eating chocloate? Thank you

It stays until the next feed. You would probably only need to pump once, depending on how much he takes at one sitting.

I dont know why you reposted the question. I'm not sure of this, my son was fine with it. I would feed him and then eat the chocolate then in 4 hours at the next feeding you should be fine/

he may not react to chocolate, some do ,some don't. Best way sadly is to feed and find out.
