Islam says the Angels are created from light and they obey God perfectly. They are by nature unable to ever disobey the Lord.

Islam says the Jinns are created from Fire and they have choice to obey or disobey God. If they obey God then they are even higher in status to the Angels since a creation that has choice is higher than a creation that has no choice.

Islam says that a Jinn worshipped so perfectly that he became leader of the Angels. His name was Azazeel. He surpassed all in heaven since he had choice and he chose to worship and obey God.

When God created man and blew his spirit into Adam everyone in the heavens were told to bow down to him. Everyone obeyed except ONE. The Jinn who out of Pride was now to be cursed and punished.

He (Now named Shaitan/Iblis) asked God to give him respite (and the ability to whisper into the hearts of mankind) till the day of Judgement and he swore that he would take Adam and all his descendants into hellfire with him out of revenge.

Shaitan (satan) whispered into the hearts of Adam and Eve and they slipped. Then God taught them how to repent and then the Lord FORGAVE them. But the Lord decreed that Mankind and the Jinns would be put on the earth for a short time and every single human would be tested. The test is to recognize that God is one with no partners (1st Commandment) and then voluntarily submit to his commandments. If upon committing mistakes they sincerely repent and come back to Gods commandments then God would forgive them, give them more Strength to ward off evil and raise them in ranks and piety.

God declared that all who follow the whispering of Satan (and the Jinns who join him) and die in a condition of disbelief will be punished in hellfire while all those who follow the guidance sent down through the Messengers and Prophets and die in a state of obedience would be returned to the Paradise by the MERCY of God.

Islam says that every sin CAN be forgiven in the **Hereafter (after death)** EXCEPT ONE. The Cardinal sin, the breaking of the FIRST COMMANDMENT……. God is one and he has no partners, he begets not nor is he begotten and there is none like unto him.

Every time an Angel appears in the Bible some humans suffer including the Angel who talked to the mother of Jesus, so while angels may be perfect, their not nice.

Now in your teaching it says one heavenly creature disobeyed God and God rewarded him with power over humans for its revenge. What was the revenge for? Also dosen't this teach that rebellion is rewarded?

Lucifer disobeyed God and he got kicked out of heaven for it.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and the only sin that cannot be forgiven for is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.
The Father
The Son
And the Holy Spirit are one ..God.
Jesus Christ said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

This is only one similarity between Muslims and Christians. The Angel that disobeyed God in Christianity was Lucifer, who is better known as Satan.

in christianity lucifer was just an angel and defied god becoming the devil so there are similarities, and god is testing us by seeing if we choose him. HOWEVER, i also believe this is also just a way for the leaders of the churches to say we HAVE to believe in god no matter what happens by telling us all bad events are just tests. that can be applied to anything. basically using any excuse they can to force the belief. EX: Bad things happen - oh its a test, keep believeing.

Was not Lucifer an avid right hand angel to God before he was a fallen angel?

Bump Islam. Christians believe an Angel can be evil. The devil is a fallen angel.

Allah has created Angels to worship Him, to carry out His commands and to be His messengers to His Prophets.
One of the angels is Gabriel who used to bring down Revelation to our Prophet Muhammad 'Alayhis-Salatu was-Salamu (peace be upon him).
Another Angel is Michael who is in charge of rain falling.
A third one is the "Angel of Death" who is in charge of taking the souls of people whose death is due.
Angels are but servants honored by Allah.
Hence we honor them and speak of them respectfully.
But we worship none of them, nor do we take them as Allah's sons or daughters (as infidels claim).
We worship only Allah who created them in this wonderful kind of creation.
Allah (Glory be to Him) says: "And they say: The Most Gracious has begotten a son, Glory be to Him! They are but servants raised to honor. They do not speak before He speaks, and they act (in all things) by His command. He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they offer no intercession except for those whom He accepted, and they stand in awe and reverence of Him. If any of them should say, ‘I am a God besides Him’, such one We should reward with Hell. Thus do We reward those who do wrong”. [The Qur’an 21:26-29]

Just consider the Lite Barer, Lucifer. He is in Christian mythology, I think in Revelations.

Salaam.
