The key is UN resolution 242.
1. UN Security Council Resolution 242 calls on all parties to the conflict to negotiate a solution
2. It anticipates that Israel will withdraw to secure borders (not specified in the resolution) in exchange for peace guarantees from the Arab parties
The Resolution was carefully worded to require that Israel withdraw from "territories" rather than "the territories." This construction, leaving out "the," was intentional, because it was not envisioned that Israel would withdraw from all the territories, thereby returning to the vulnerable pre-war borders.
It was widely recognized that the balancing of the ideas of a territorial return with "secure and recognized boundaries" for Israel would mean that Israel would not be forced to withdraw from 100% of the land captured in the June 1967 war.
More to the point of this question is that the chief of the Palestinian Authority is a Holocaust denier, just like that Iranian tyrant Ahmadinejad.

Personally I am not too worried about it.
People are saying that Europe for example will be taken over by Muslims.
I seriously doubt it. Europe has been the bloodiest most savage Continent in human history. I doubt 3,000 years of gory history is going to keel over because of 60 years of calm. When the Europeans feel threatened they will strike back and it will not be pretty.
As for for the fanatical Muslims in the Middle East I am not so scared of them either.
They fight amongst themselves more then they do with outsiders. And when all the oil is gone they will fall from power as quickly as they rose to it.
The Arab world has never held power for very long. I see no reason why they would hold it now.

A lot of us in the West have great misconceptions about Islam. We have to realize that the image of Islam that is portrayed to us now is greatly distorted by the media and politics. For our political system to keep going, it must have a common 'enemy' card to use it with the public to keep the support.
Before the 'Islamists' it was the 'Communists' and so on.
We are at an age where information is readily available on the net. Let's not believe what we are dictated to believe.
When you read about Islam, you realize that we in the West already practice a lot of its teachings.
Open your mind.

An argument could be made about the rise of Judeofascism and Christofascism. It's the fascism that's the problem. Intolerance and triumphalism turn any faith into a monster. By holding up the spectre of the "bad guys" overrunning the "good guys", one encourages violence and the betrayal of the essential principles of one's religion. What ever happened to faith?

If you read Revelation, I would say the chances are pretty good.
"And I saw the souls underneath the altar who had been beheaded for their testimoney." Islam likes to cut off heads.
"Who is the spirit of antichrist but he who says Jesus Christ is not the Son of God." The muslims are always saying Jesus was only a prophet.
The muslims if they take over will institute a one world religion based on embrace Islam or die by the sword.

Anything is possible, I guess. Jesus said that followers of Him would be persecuted. Personally, I wouldn't follow islam under no circumstance.
