I would suggest that you write to your state senator, or Governor & ask for his / her aid. I do not believe that the military will give you any info. about a member, considering all the I.D. & SSN# theft going on.

Unless you have legal issues with him the D.O.D will not supply you with any information so if you're trying to figure out where he is and such you won't be able to do it by asking the military.

If you are trying to find out if he was killed...the website below has the names of the men/women who have been killed during the war in Iraq. You can search by name or date.
