I tried on the bottoms of my swim suit and it squeezes my lower back fat. I am on a tight budget or else I would buy a new one but what work outs can I do to firm or lose the back fat?

PLEASE HELP!

Thats a difficult area. Cardio is great for overall weight loss. Crunches and oblique curls help. Also when you do military presses and it works the shoulders, you are firming the back as well. Twists help pull in and define the sides.

Its a very difficult area to work really. Though any core workouts will help.
