if you aren't 5 feet tall, then you don't need to be 105 lbs. you didn't put your height in. since you've been down the anorexia trail already, you will be more susceptible to it again. eat right, and exercise in moderation, and whatever your weight should be, it'll be.

If you know the whole do it safe talk, then you've answered your own question.

Further more, why do you feel you "need" to lose this weight? 122lbs isn't fat for anyone.

I understand wanting to drop a few pounds. But when you say you need to, when you're already thin, it would seem that you are either very insecure, or very shallow.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt and going with insecurity,I'd say you need to stay away from whoever makes you feel like something so trivial is this important.

I don't think your problem is your weight. I think it's psychological

I also think it's important that you derive some self esteem based on something besides your looks.
Believe me life is much more worthwhile when you discover that real beauty comes from within.

Good luck, and stay beautiful

RE: I even have been on a one million,000 calorie according to day eating recurring for 17 days and have purely lost 7 kilos. Why? I weighed 320 while i began out 2 and a one million/2 weeks in the past. I even have been strolling 30 minutes another day. I even have been trouble-free on my ingesting plan so I don't understand why it is all I even have lost. I examine that staying on one thousand energy for extra beneficial than 3 weeks isn't healthy so i'm going to be increasing to 1200 an afternoon...

hey, some people are a bit harsh. 105lbs at 5'3" is a healthy weight!! ><;;

You could try the master cleanser. There are a ton of websites on the web that explain how to do it. And I know at least five people who have done it succesfully. I have a friend who lost twenty pounds in two weeks. It may be harder for you to lose weight since it is easier to lose weight if you weigh a lot, but since you don't, it could take a lot longer.
Well anyways, you should check this diet out. It takes a lot of motivation, but I'm sure you are up for it. =]] good luck.

You trashed your body 6 years ago and learned NOTHING ?
Maybe yours was brain damage instead of heart ?
I am stunned that you pulled a retard stunt like going to 70 pounds and are still going into bulllshit mode now !
I am sure there are other pathetic girls (men are so rarely THIS stupid) that will give you lots of tips on how to really fuccck yourself up , but at least have the courtesy to establish a savings account for your funeral so your parents don't get stuck with the bill.

Please , reconsider this retard move .
This pathetic attempt to front a fake appearance will backfire , you'll look like carp after this fiasco ,
And whomever you are trying to impress will probably puke .

Work on your personality instead .
