Well there ar a lot of Christians that say a lot of things about a lot of things. And the Muslims only believe a subjective part of the Bible.

I would believe that Jesus was speaking of the Holy Spirit. And after experiencing that Comforter first hand, I know it to be true. At least, that's what this Christian says.

Ya... thats why they asked John the Baptist whether he was "that Prophet" and he said no.

In other words they all new that a Final Prophet was to come AFTER Jesus since all these things must pass.

If Christians dont make it into a spirit then the foundations of Christianity will shake with the acceptance that a final Law and Book was to come through the "Prophet like unto Moses" who brought the Quran and the example of the Prophet. The Example of the Prophet is copied so minutely that his example will abide forever in the life of his followers.

The disciples were told to go wait for the comforter, and records his coming in the book of Acts. This is just ONE of the many things that Muhammad made a serious mistake on.

The 'comforter' can be interpreted to mean Muhammad (peacea nd blessings of God be upon him).

In fact, the original word "paracletos" means Ahmad(praised), which was one of the names of the Prophet Muhammad.

They are both incorrect...there is no "comforter" period. Religion is a series of stories to make people feel better...so I guess the fairytale of religion may be the comforter then?
