im am an average sized guy, muscular i have worked out since high scool off and on im healthy and in good shape, but I never seem to have any confidence in myself. I also second guess myself after everything I do even when im positive im right, when things go wrong I tend to blame myself, what can I do to boost my confidence level without hurting myself or someone else

go to the library or ask your mom to go and get a couple of self -esteem books. It will help you to build your confidence level up and become a much better person all around. GOOD LUCK AND BEST WISHES*

Practice the way you talk in a mirror. If you think you look like a chode, chances are, you look like that to everyone else too. Practice your smile too, it's your number one flirt tool.
