Hello, I have a problem: I have no problem so to fall asleep, but I just sleep exaclty 4 hours a night; It does not matter at wath time I go to sleep (that is, if I sleep at 10 pm I wake up at 2 am, if I sleep at 12 I wake up at 4 ) I tried to sleep in different hours and with ear plugs so I dont lisent any sound, could someone be kind enouhg so to tell me why is this happening?
There is a siknes related with my problem?
What shoul I do?

Sounds to me like you have the same problem as me.......insomnia. Insomnia is difficulty either falling or staying asleep. You need to go for a sleep study ASAP and get some professional help. I did and it made my life so much easier not to mention, I lost 15 lbs.

There are several reasons for sleeplessness. Stress is the major problem that I have and yet to find a cure for that. But diet has a lot to do with it as well. There are a lot of foods and drinks out there that contain ingredients that effect our sleep. Try to avoid any food or drink that contains caffeine, it is an ingredient in more items than we know. If you eat a lot of chocolate, that is a definite caffeine sorce. Just be aware.

I would talk with your doc next time you have to see him/her..Let them know that no matter what time you go to bed, you're only able to sleep 4hrs* and you would Love to be able to sleep longer*~ Why is it you can't.

He will ask you 'if you're under stress, is something bothering you, about your eating habits..then examine you, take some blood tests........see what's going on * Wish i had an answer for you* I have trouble sleeping due to stress*
GOODLUCK* , get it checked out tho* you can't live off 4hrs /day everyday....it will eventually catch up with you if it already hasn't*~

do you feel like you need more or do you just think most other people get more so you need to? i only get between 2-4 hours a night, my life just doesnt leave me any more time. i work nights so i have to be up to abide by the rest of the worlds hours.

if you feel okay, just roll with it, if its a problem in your life, talk to your doctor, they can help

well if you turn on tv in bed with the lights out and just keep watching it, you'll get real tired and fall asleep.
