if i wanted to lose 5 pounds by the end of the week how many times would i have to work out and what are some good recipes for me im 14 and weigh 202 and i am 5'8 please help i wanna get healthy

you can't lose weight drastically or it won't stay off.
You'll have to eat healthy foods, cut out all the chips, ice cream, cookies, pop, cakes, breads, sugars, white rice, white pasta, creamy dressings/sauces........Eat fruits, veggies, whole wheat rice , whole wheat pasta, tomato based sauce....salads with light dressing and very little...chicken, fish*......Water* exercise*

You need to burn more calories then you intake. Therefore you must eat less and exercise more
