In Mongolia and Tibet, due to vast and dangerous terrains, travel between one place to another can be very dangerous and can literally take months on Foot, Horse back, Llama or Donkey. So they are very faithful to their Deity of Travel who is called Hayagriva.
An alternative deity they worship is The Goddess of Light, Marichi who rides a chariot pulled by 8 boars.

Ulass is the god of travelers. Small piles of stones with a river worn stone on top can be found in camp sites along roads all over Selan-Zahn. On the underside of the river worn stone will be the engraving: "Wanderer Ulass, protect our steps, watch over our tents, and we shall journey with thee."
Some believe that this lead to what we now call "Atlas".
