We like Sumatra and Kenya beans from Starbucks. We grind our own coffee, and make it in an automatic drip machine - pretty strong. I drink it with 2% organic milk.

I personally like coffee from the regions of Mandheling in Sumatra with a dash of milk. It is just heavenly especially when it is just after a downpour of rain when the weather is cosy and cuddly...

I live in New Zealand, generally I do not drink filter coffee here unless desperate! I like a shot of espresso pulled a little shorter than most barista's pull there espresso. about 1/4 of a cup or less. topped with milk steamed till it is 70 degrees celcius and thick and smooth in texture. This is what is called a flat white, or latte depending on where you buy it from. :-)

Make pretty strong black coffee then add sweetened condensed milk. If you get the proportions right, it is very good. this way to prepare coffee can be found in South America.

I like my coffee strong, but not bitter, with just a dab of 2% milk to give it color.

i like it either double brewed, then turned to ice coffee, or I love hazelnut, with a touch of milk and 2 spoons of sugar
