The temperature in production tank is mantain at 40*C, the water capacity to cool down is 200L. I have measure the water flow is 1L- 8 seconds, so 200L is 1600 sec. or 26 min, 22,050Btu/hr My compressor is 62,000Btu/hr or15,600Kcal/hr cooling capacity. I want the temperature become 26*C in production tank.

The question is not clear, but if you are cooling or heating with flowing water :
BTU/H = 500x GPMx (Fdeg temp. difference of the water)

1 liter in 8 seconds is 1.98 GPM, call it 2 GPM

What do you mean where a "compressor" has 62,000 BTU/H cooling capacity ? Is that the water chiller cooling capacity ?

To cool the weight of a 200 liter volume of water from 40C to 26 C will requiire
200x(0.2642)x (8.33) x1.8(40-26) = 11,000 BTU of cooling

That chiller will do it in 60 x 11,000 / 62,000= 10.6 minutes

But, what is in the tank ?

That is as far as I can go with the information given.
