i have got to tell you, some of us just have a horrible time losing. The harder I tried the worst I felt.
My best advice, is feel good about you, and you may be suprised you will start to lose weight. Yes green tea, also dark chocolate (sugar free or regular)works great! not as harsh as taking laxatives. but works the same for most folks. milk... http://www.2424milk.com/ Best of luck, you have a few months, you can do it!!! I am pulling for you!!!! Skinny, sexy, the bride is going to hate you! :-) <> just a joke!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Why wait till August? With proper nutrition and a nutritional cleanse a couple of times a month you could do it easy! I lost 51 lbs since I started in way less time. It's east and simple and effective. I feel great, better than I have in a decade I have more to go But the promise I made to myself will be attained and i am so excited that there has been no hitches.
It's all about nutrition and a nutritional cleanse that releases toxins and fat!

First of all-relax-the more pressure you put on yourself, the harder it will be. I am in my 40's and have been where you are. I have found a few things that work. Eat the foods you like, but cut down on the amount, if you are craving something like chocolate, eat a SMALL amount. If you are craving a certain food and don't eat it you have a tendancy to overeat others. Another trick I found out from a friend is after every meal, try eating grapefruit, and believe it or not just a touch of salt makes grapefruit taste a whole lot better than a ton of sugar, but just a small amount.

My co-worker at work had lost 200 pounds using a patch thing.... she told me where to go to get it and she said all you have to do is move the patch every 3 days to lose the weight. she also told me that with all the walking and moving around that you do still isn't enough... it's some active ingredients in the patch that helps you use weight... it would be like you taking 3 steps, but you when you use the patch your body thinks ur taking like 10 steps and therefore it helps u lose weight.... u can take it off anytime t hat you want and since ur eatting healthy u can maintain it.... i guess u can check out the FAQ thing on the website.. i need to try it myself bcoz i'm getting too big... good luck and congrats on marriage

nicely I lost 35 pounds from March till now yeah you ought to. in spite of the incontrovertible fact that i'm a girl, 14, 5'8 and a hundred and fifteen pounds and replaced into one hundred fifty pounds. it could in all probability be harder to lose it in case you're certainly obese...i replaced into very virtually, yet i'm very lively and that i only had to consume extremely much less and fit.
