Hello,

Usually they always say you get 5 years you will be out in 3. Theres always time taken off due to things like Classes about drugs and good behavier so.

If somebody gets 10 years for Cocaine traffiking and he is not a US citizen how long will he be in jail like 7??

Is 10 years a good centence for 150 kilos of cocaine consipiracy?

How much jail time would you get if you get caught with 50lb of Weed traficking and attempt to destribute?? Being your first offense?

Any body got any idea for these questions let me know interested to see what you all think

It's just a rumor that time is ALWAYS taken off. It depends on the inmates behavior, any programs they participate in and the offense it's self with a charge like that the person may wind up doing the whole sentence which in my opinion is about 1/3 of what they should have got.

So your friend is only getting 10 years? WOW!!! He should be getting more for drug trafficking. That sounds like he got a good deal and will be in prison for 10 years with maybe 2 or 3 taken off if he doesn't start no crap with the officers or the other inmates. Since he isn't a US citizen he will more then likely be deported if he doesn't have any other crimes here. Say goodbye to your friend.

Ten means ten. If sentenced to ten, figure on doing ten. There is always the chance of getting out early for good behavior, but don't count on it.
If you just have a few weeks to go and the prison is overcrowded, you just might get out. But again, don't count on it.

The best answer I can give is just say no, get a loan, go to college and get a real job, then you don't have to worry about jail time.

85% is the usual time on any prison sentence. depending also on the good time you receive for not getting tickets for rule infractions.
