I am pretty sure most guys would be happy about that, because then he wouldn't have to do it. If you like someone make a move, no matter what gender you are.

I would say maybe 40 years ago it would be odd for the female to make their feelings knows first, but since we now in 2007, and I can only speak for myself here, but I would absolutely love for the girl to just tell me how she feels.
If I like her, I am going to tell, whether I know within an hour of meeting her, or if I know 5 years later. I think it's a shame, and a huge mistake to sit around and wait for the other person to actually say how they feel.
Now, it might depend on the situation, meaning there might be a right and wrong time to make those feelings known, but if you have obvious signs that something is there, you need to make those feeling very clear; as hard as it might be.

I think they do... just so they know how you feel before they tell you how they feel. My BF made me tell him first, and that was his intention all along, and I wouldn't change anything now!
