Yes, every time they receive the Lord's Supper or Eucharist.

Luke 22:20 says that Jesus said that "This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood" (see also Mark 14:24, Matthew 26:27-28, and 1 Corinthians 11:25). When we partake of the blood of the Lord at communion, we enter into God's New Covenant as the people of Israel entered into the Old Covenant when they were covered in the blood of sacrificed animals (Exodus 24:6-8).

This is why the Eucharist is a gift of great grace to the Church of Christ, and why it, as Christ's sacrifice represented (and ONLY as Christ's sacrifice), is the beating heart of the Church. It's a pretty awesome experience to receive communion once you realize what an awesome thing it is - God's making his covenant with you today.

The Lord still makes covenants with his covenant people, the House of Israel, or the Saints of God. To them alone he has given his authorized Priesthood (which is the power and authority or Jesus Christ). Among the Saints today, ordinances and blessings are performed, in the name of Jesus Christ, as he has commanded since the days of Adam's Fall from the Garden of Eden.

Example ordinances (which all are connected to covenants with God) are baptisms for the living and the dead (not physically of dead bodies, but by living people being baptized "for and in behalf of" people who have died), Endowments, partaking of the sacrament (a weekly opportunity for active Saints), and any other ordinance performed with the Priesthood, which those who are given the authority of Jesus Christ are constantly in an oath and covenant with him, being his authorized representatives on earth.

You will find this authority and these covenants among the Saints, found within the the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. No other place on earth offers these blessings, for no other place on earth possesses the authority of Jesus Christ.

Not exactly, but there are many conditional promises in the Bible that God honors. You can buy little pocket promise books, very cheap, that list lots & lots of God's promises. Just be sure you read them in context of surrounding scriptures to see if there are conditions to meet on your end.
Also, God deals with each of us on an individual basis. He wants to bless us and favor us in all ways, but it is our sin that messes that up. When we sin, we step out from His umbrella of protection (our choice) & He waits for us & beckons us back to Him through the utterings of the Holy Spirit. If that doesn't work, sometimes He just leaves us to our own consequences, but it's not what He wants for us. There's really no need to make a new covenant with us, because He will take care of all our needs (not necessarily our "wants")
Of course the main covenant we can claim is the New Covenant He gave us with His Son Jesus.

Yes. God does still make covenants with people today. Also, covenants made with regard to descendants are honored.
