ok, could be a few reasons, is it from your throat? do you get extreme dry in the back of your throat and mouth? if so, try hard candy, while your run, also bottle of water. if its from your lungs, please go see a lung specialist and get checked. coughing can also be like a nervous tic. Sometimes there is no control for it, sorry to say. my husband came home from the Gulf War with a cough, that comes on when he is stressed, over tied, over worked, ect... the list goes on and on. He has been to throat specialist, she told him to use the hard candies, like jolly ranchers,or mints. And to carry water or lemonade with him. The lung specialist couldn't find anything wrong either. He has neurological problems in his brain, and we figure (not conclusive) that this is the root of the troubles. I hope this helps you figure out what is causing your troubles, and that it is something simple that can be taken care of easy!
All my best to you.
Oh yah he also got a bottle (looks like roll on lip gloss almost) at bathworks, its a peppermint oil, he puts it under his nose to help, and it does help. also breathright strips at night, his friend wears them ALL THE TIME!

Sounds like you need to see your physician about this, it could be serious and also could be several different things that are making you cough. Good Luck.

there is a reason why you cough. Something is bothering your breathing.
It might just be something in the air, but don't take chances with your health and see a doctor about it.

Allergies are my best guess!!! You can get them later in life or right when born.
But you may have sports asthma.
