It's pleasant weather in Riyadh, it's dry that's why even the temperature is high you don't feel any problem, as their is no perspiration.
There is A/C in home, car and in office. Electricity and fuel is not so expensive.

yup. I've seen it up to 109F usually around 95 - 100
the airs real dry, and the suns rays evaporate any moister.
Sweat dries up into salt instantaniously and doesn't make you all sweaty.
I loved it.
sometimes rains are common at night, don't let people fool you. I lived on the central east coast and we got plenty of rain.
