Being that this is a military base airport, and military air craft, I am not sure if this information is public information. The NTSB investagates all accidents and I'm sure you most likely have already searched their database. But your question didn't mention this. So I am including a link that will supply you with data base searches and they will also have links and hopefully take you to the case you desire.

If this does not help you, than if you know the model of aircraft you can search manufacture stats on this craft that will list accidents and results of investigations, mechanical failure or human error.
