how do i lose at least, 10 pounds a week?
doesn't matter how, just a way.
if your gonna put how unhealthy it is, i kno, but i'm desperate, to do anything.
i don't have really any will power, so i need something that will help me with that too.

crash dieting will make you really fat - metabolism slows down dramatically.

do not do this your body will go threw shock and you are not going to get the fibers u need and in the long run you will shrink your stomach and you can't sustane this for ever u will gain a signifcant amount of weight maybe up to three times what u gained do a 1500 calorie diet and at least 45 minutes of moderate to intense cardio for 4-5 days week lose the weight right at about three to five pounds a month longterm sucess easiser and remember eat the way you are going to eat the rest of your life. and nutrisystem is a bad idea what happens when u are sick of there food u have learned nothing look at all the people who gain signifacant weight after jenny craig and other food programs like this after they get of of them this is because you are not staying on course just so u know i am not bull s@@@ing u i went from 252 pounds to 183 pounds over a year and a half period and have kept it off for over two years.

Cut your carbs to below 20 grams and cut out sugar. That means fruit too. Drink nothing but water and exercise at least an hour each day (breaking a sweat). Eat foods high in protein to build muscle. Chicken breasts are really good but you can't put much on them. They have lots of protein and under a gram of carbs. White fish is good. Nothing breaded. Go to fitday.com to determine the nutritional value on foods. I use it to check out my veggies b/c there are some veggies that pack in lots of carbs. fitday.com is free and easy. You won't be able to stick to this for a long period of time though but it'll get you fast results. Be careful not to binge when you decide to go back to real (healthier eating) meals.

10 pounds a week isn't possible, unless you want to be insanely unhealthy. If you want to ignore me, fine, but I've lost 30+ pounds in 3 months, so I'm not talking out of my butt.

hmm..id say just eat salads and fruit its healthy yummy and it helps really good but if u wonna b real serious id say that new laxitive stuff...i have a high matebalism so i dont wry bout that im only 106 pounds n im 14....how do i do it?

eat fruits
drink water alot!!!i drank like 3 gallons today:D

Flip a house and do the renovation yourself (painting, cleaning, yard work, mowing the lawn, etc.).. This is how I lost 40 lbs. :) Sometimes it isn't always your diet, it may just be that your are not active enough. This works better than any exercise class that I ever took!!

fasting on water and everytime you crave something to eat chew some sugerless gum. i found the green apple made by extra seems to help me when i want something sweet. you will lose weight quickly but you will gain atleast 5 lbs. back when you stop the fast and start eating food again.i have lost 15 lbs on a 10 day fast.i wish you the best plus add a little walking like when your watching tv or something.good luck.

10 lbs almost seems impossible, unless your into throwing up and starving yourself, in which case it seem hardly worth the 10lbs. I would say just work out a lot and burn more calories then u take in

dont eat for the next 3 days... then eat small proportions on day 4, let your body motabolize a bit of it then make yourself throw up the rest, on day 5 and 6 eat one small proportion a day and on day 7 dont eat a damn thing... exercise extensively for those 7 days including 30mins on the treadmill to start your day at the gym, then lift weights and do sit ups, then do another 30 on the treadmill before you leave

cut daily fat grams to below 25, eat low carb, high protein and cardio cardio cardio
