We are facing foreclosure on tuesday on our home, the people have not payed the property taxes in a while and we need to pay it before tuesday...is there any way we can extend the due date, or anyway we can stop this from happening?? please any help is really appreciated

What people haven't paid it? Are you talking about your mortgage company, and you have an escrow account? If that's the case, you should show your mortgage statements to the officials doing the foreclosing - that would be proof that YOU've paid.

If it's someone else who's been paying your taxes and they stopped doing it, there's probably not a lot you can do this late in the process uness you can come up with the money to pay off the overdue taxes.
