It discusses idle words and words of hate to others. As well as taking God's name in vain. The people that are cussing while answering questions are just are trying to be cute and funny. In reality it comes off as immature and juvenile.

The only specific law is the one that says not to take "God's name in vain".
Cussing (using various slang words as expletives) changes as our society changes. They are merely words being put in place of something else.
From a Christian standpoint however, I determine what is cussing not by the word itself but by what reaction others may have to it. For example, using a certain word may be very offensive to some but not bother anyone else within hearing.
From a personal standpoint, I consider people who use "cuss words" to be ignorant because it makes them appear that they lack the ability to communicate using normal language.

More importantly, I would like to share with you the Truth about the afterlife. I only tell you this because I care what will happen to you when you die. Have you ever told a lie, stolen anything, used God’s name in vain? These are just a few of God’s Moral Laws. When you die, God will judge you on the basis of His Moral Law. If you stand guilty before God of breaking His Laws, He will send you to Hell. If God is Just and Holy, He must punish lawbreakers. The good news is that God provided a way for you to be forgiven and go to Heaven. Jesus Christ died on a cross and rose again to pay the debt for your sins and take your punishment. What you must do is Repent, which means to say you are sorry to God and turn away from your sins. Then put your complete Trust in Jesus Christ. Only then will you be accepted into Heaven, not because you’re a good person, but because you’re a bad person who’s been forgiven. Please give this some thought. Your Eternal Destination depends on it.

i've got self assurance that each and one and all of those are great responses, yet i've got self assurance that there is a distinction between Cursing and utilising obscenity speech. What maximum persons tend to not do, is convey fourth reality. i've got self assurance while the biblical texts discusses cursing, that is extra such as depraved spells; even with each and everything the bible have specific descriptions of witches, warlocks, magi, and etc. on each and every occasion it describes profanity, i've got self assurance it would desire to be the crocked speech talk, or fiery tongue with hate from the middle. Technically maximum profanity it incredibly is used, is derived from female canines, donkeys, actually damnation, or a hellish place. Fore occasion, if we are speaking approximately hell or use the be conscious hell in a favorable communique; does that inevitably comprise cursing absolutely everyone? If I have been a witch, or warlock and desperate to apply a spell to forged and curse a guy or woman, cursing this guy or woman with ailment, or a generational curse; would this be seen a curse or depraved cursing from the tongue? i think of we would desire to be careful how we examine and understand what's written interior the be attentive to God. i know in at present standards cursing, cussing, or profanity is seen undesirable, and maximum probable mean you have a very small vocabulary. in spite of the undeniable fact that cursing replaced into/is an activity that many walks of life, from historic cases have practiced; in fact, human beings nevertheless do it to at present. I knew somebody (actually numerous) that claimed that they have got been a witch, and that they use to do issues, yet they became themselves around and serve God now this is spectacular. in spite of the undeniable fact that that is incredibly exciting to pay attention human beings alongside with Albert Pike, Manly P. corridor, and the infamous Aleister Crowley, talk their involvement in those activities, and that all of them take place to be Freemasons. that is declared interior the e book of Enoch that Fallen Angels have taught adult men enchantments, and numerous different issues. The bible actually say some thing approximately profanity, in spite of the undeniable fact that it's not relating cursing; besides the reality that asserting bypass to this, or bypass to that, would desire to o.k. play into cursing.

She read me, straight out of the Bible, where it says that it is not Christian (Of course, not in those words.) Sorry, I don't know the name of the chapter. Maybe, maybe, maybe Ephesians.

Ephesians 4:29
Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
Colossians 3:8
But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
Does that cover it?
