I am not sure if there are singles cruise tours but there are definately Christian type cruises that visit the holy land. You should easily find it by doing a websearch.

First, all cruise lines sell their cabins based on double occupancy. If you want to go alone you will pay double price for a cabin. There are some cruise lines and agencies that advertise "singles cruises" but all they do is find someone to share a cabin with you. That's not what I would want in the close confines of a cruise ship cabin; bunking in a room with someone you don't know.

If by Holy Land you mean Egypt, the pyramids, Ephesus, etc, Holland America cruise line and some other cruise lines go near these places and offer land tours from the ship. If you want to go to Israel you may need to try something other than a cruise.

Cruise ships try to operate on the profit basis. A cruise such as that would not generate enough business to be profitable.

There are land tours that do such places. Check into that.
