In all US states that I know of breast feeding is legal, it should be done respectfully

Yes it is. I believe that women that breastfeed in public should be discreet about it though. A blanket draped over the shoulder is all that is needed.

It's not illegal but it's disgusting, I don't know how any female can stand doing that, I don't care if they put a towel over it or not, I'd be too embarrassed.
