Ever since I started using the Tresemme Vitamin E moisture shampoo and conditioner, the hair near my cowlick (or whatever you call that) has become frizzy, poofy, and tangled. I never had this problem with other shampoo and conditioners, should I go back to my old one (Alberto V05), I never had problems with those shampoos and conditioners.

yes, i had the same problem. once i got off that shampoo, my hair got better. sometimes it is just because of humidity in the air, but my hair did get better after switching back.

yes go back to old one...cut your hair shorter and let regrow using your old shampoo...see results will be more effective than just continuing that long hair.
