YES! It works better than anything else, the sun is best but most lights work.
P.S. I'm soooooo bored I Googled "sun make sneeze" and read some interesting stuff. So, if you want to learn more about this phenomena, go look it up!

No. But sometimes looking at the sun or a bright light will cause you to sneeze. I don't know why, exactly. Maybe looking at bright lights cause your eyes to water, which in turn irritates your nose. It all seems to be connected and creates a chain reaction.
