Yes, however a great dentist will use a rubber dam (a ring around the tooth and rubber all around that to keep the tooth sterile. This ususlly means you will have eto see your irthodontist and have them remaove your wire while they work on the tooth and right after go in and have them put the wire back on. Yes it can be done it will just require 2 more steps. Then againfif it is a front tooth they can without removing it. Some times if there is no decay present, (cavity) then they don't have to remove anything. good luck

Yes. And you can eliminate the trip to the orthodontist, because an endodontist (who performs root canals) will likely have experience working on patients with braces. I have successfully assisted root canals on patients with braces without the use of a rubber dam.

THE LOCATION OF THE BRACKET HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ACCESSABILITY TO THE NERVE OF THE TOOTH TO DO A ROOT CANAL. SO THE ANSWER IS YES, A ROOT CANAL CAN BE DONE.
