I really like how that one is layed out and how it looks the thing is I need something that would fit me a little bit more.

What would yours look like it it were you? just trying to get some ideas...

My favorite quotes are

"Be careful of your thoughts for your thoughts become your words be careful of your words for your words become your actions. Be careful of your actions for your actions become your habits be careful of your habits for your habits become your character be careful of your character for your character becomes your destiny"

"All your life you are told the things you cannot do. All your life they will say you're not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you're the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to play this or or be this or achive this. They will tell you no, a thousand times no, until all the no's become meaningless. all your

life they will tell you no, quite firmlly and very quickly. And you will thell them yes."

also I'm going to wait another year or so before I get one. I'm 18 turning 19 this year but I think waiting will make me want it more.

both of those quotes are definitely too long. i have a tattoo on each of my feet. one is a memorial skull tattoo and the other is a korean takeout box with a fortune cookie in representation of my family. both of them mean a lot to me and i LOVE them and their placement.
i'm not a huge fan of word tattoos but just search until you find something. when it's the right tattoo you will just KNOW that it's the tattoo for you.

Talk to a good artist and get the best opinion.
If you absolutely love that design, I'd go with it
on the hip. Too much on the foot, or too busy,
on the foot, just looks bad.
Especially through sandals. Think Before You Ink
Looking at pictures isn't the same, as seeing it
on your body. Have your tattoo artist draw up a
stencil and put it on your foot, so you can see,
what it really looks like. Don't be surprised if he
steers you clear of the foot idea. They do hurt
quite a bit. A pretty young girls foot, should have
something small and pretty on it...... Ink Is For Life

I like looking at tattoos on Photobucket. A friend of mine and I are thinking about getting the same tattoo together.

I think the foot tattoos are cute and what you get is totally up to you, but think about a couple of things. First off, the top of the foot is going to hurt, no denying it, so remember that the more you want the longer it takes, and if you don't have a high pain tolerance, then rethink the quotes. And secondly, don't forget that tattoos are forever, make sure whatever you get, you'll like it later.

Other than that, go search photobucket and good luck!

This is a horny usual response to getting a tattoo. A tattoo inflicts the equal trauma at the frame as a cat-three burn, so it's going to surely swell and harm. It must handiest final for a few days however it does not sound inflamed - it sounds such as you bought a tattoo.

.Tattoos are a very personal choice. What looks good to one person does not look to another.

I have three tattoos and I only regret one, and one is a cover up. The third is around my whole ankle that represent my strength and to remind me to stay strong and not to get involved with another man that will abuse me.

Only two of them have a special meaning to me, the third is something I got when I was rebelling against my parents. I will be getting it surgically removed in a couple of years when I can afford it.

What I am tyring to say is make sure this is something you will want on your body for the rest of your life. And make sure it has a special meaning to you.

Hope this has helped you with your decision.

i totally love the idea of putting a quote on ur foot!!!! i have never seen that done and i think it is awesome!!!! i have a tatoo that is an ankle bracelet with flowers around it.... it then goes downt he top of my foot and ends with a daisey on my 2nd toe. i love it... it hurt quite a bit... but that was because it took about 5 ad a half hours to do total and i did it all in one sitting..... it was more of an annoying pain though because there r so many different colors and details on it...... and as far as tattoo artists not doing them.... not true.... the only thing is they will not guarentee the work and most of them will charge to have them touch up.... where in most cases they will do touch up for free.... once again i LOVE the idea and i say more power to u!!!!!

you need to think of how large your foot is, and how much area you really have to work with.... you can't get a quote that long on your foot... it just wouldn't look good and i don't know of a single artist who would ink that on anyone. tattoos don't look the same the day you get them as they do 5 years later.... they age with your body, so you have to keep that in mind... also did you see on that picture how a few of the footprints had faded.... thats because they were put on places that weren't well thought out. a place where there is a lot of rubbing... especially on the foot will fade very easily.

If you look on the link below you'll see someone has a longish quote on their foot and it looks really nice and IMO it looks better than the picture you showed. The artist that did her foot is really good at writting small and keeping every letter the same size.

foots tattoos aren't a good idea. most artists won't even do them. they don't heal right unless you stay barefoot, indoors for 2 weeks. with socks and shoes, you build up too much perspiration and it won't scab properly. trust me on this. don't get a foot tattoo.
