The immaculate conception is a doctrine of the Romans Catholic Church in regards to Mary, Jesus’ mother. An official statement of the doctrine reads, “…the blessed Virgin Mary to have been, from the first instant of her conception, by a singular grace and privilege of Almighty God, in view of the merits of Christ Jesus the Savior of Mankind, preserved free from all stain of original sin.” Essentially the immaculate conception is the belief that Mary was protected from original sin, that Mary did not have a sin nature, and was, in fact, sinless.
The problem with the doctrine of the immaculate conception is that it is not taught in the Bible. The Bible nowhere describes Mary as anything but an ordinary human female whom God chose to be the mother of the Lord Jesus Christ. Mary was undoubtedly a godly woman (Luke 1:28). Mary was surely a wonderful wife and mother. Jesus definitely loved and cherished His mother (John 19:27). The Bible gives us no reason to believe that Mary was sinless. In fact, the Bible gives us every reason to believe that Jesus Christ is the only Person who was not “infected” by sin and never committed a sin (Ecclesiastes 7:20; Romans 3:23; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:22; 1 John 3:5).

Oh my goodness! She replaced into no longer sinless! each guy or woman who has been born of guy and lady ( which potential from guy's sperm) has been born into sin. they have a sinful nature. Jesus replaced into born of the Holy Spirit, and specific got here from the womb of Mary yet she replaced right into a virgin and conceived by making use of the Holy Spirit,- he's GOD! (John a million:a million) Mary isn't God, and she or he replaced right into a classic person like something people. The Catholic church, in the event that they do prepare this is coaching fake doctrine- i understand they carry her severe and pray to her that's additionally incorrect because of the fact the Bible says Jesus is the only mediator between God and guy. Jesus is the sole sinless one, our in straight forward terms Savior. compliment be to Him!

No, Mary was a normal human, sin & all. Of course, she had an earthly father....it was Jesus whose Father was God. But, Mary was a virgin when she conceived Jesus by the Holy Spirit.

Mary was not sinless:
Luke 1:46 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,
47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
48 For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.
49 For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.
If Mary was sinless, she would not need a Savior, and would therefore need not call anyone "Lord."
But her own words call God her Savior.
Her father's name was Heli, and church tradition says her mother's name was Ann. (Hannah)
Her father is listed in the Genealogy in Luke.
It says Joseph, but Joseph was Heli's son-in-law.
In the Matthew genealogy, Joseph was begotten (as a natural son)

According to Catholic teaching, God saved Mary from being stained by Original Sin and saved her from falling into personal sin (yes, the Church teaches that she did have a Savior). This does not mean she was divine or anything of the sort. Her soul was in the state of that of a baptized baby. According to an early Christian writing known as the Protoevangelium of James, her father's name was Joachim.

Mary had an earthly father. Scripture doesn't say she was sinless - it says she found favour with God.

Everything about Our Lady points straight back to the Father, Whose faithful daughter she is; to the Son, Whose mother she is; and to the Holy Ghost Who overshadowed her. There is no one in all of History whose relationship with God is as complex, fulfilled, and achingly beautiful as Mary's. She is not only the greatest of Saints, she is our Mother, as Jesus is our Brother and Savior. In honoring her, we honor Him -- and imitate Him, as we are admonished to both honor our parents and imitate Christ, Who loved His Mother. Our relationship with Mary is that of a child to a blessed Mother who was given to us as Jesus gave her to John at the Cross. She is our spiritual Mother (Revelation 12:17 -- And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ), and she wants to pray for us.
Hail, Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now, and at the hour of our death.
