Hey man,

I just got Kiehls face wash, facial scrub and facial fuel moisturizer and my skin is looking so much better. I did some research and it seems that its one of the top ones. Even my dark circles cleared up. Go to a neiman marcus and ask for samples or go to their website. They have the best stuff for men. Don't get women products because they are a waste of money because you have different skin. A couple of other things to do....Change your pillow case a lot. Wash your hair. Drink a lot of water. Fish oils supplements help your overal skin moisture. Stay away from greasy foods. If you have acne use an acne pad every now and then. Not trying to sound super metro but my x was really into this stuff. haha good luck

Another vote for Mary Kay here!! But perhaps the botanicals would be best suited to your age, presuming your younger!

I use Mary Kay Botanicals. It has helped me IMMENSLEY, it cost me $141 for about 6 months, compared to pro activ which would cost me $240 for 6 months.

It tightened my poors, evened out my skin tone, got rid of any blemishes and helped my sensitive skin.

I found out the reason the products from supermarkets weren't working was because they aren't allowed to sell anything with active ingredients in them. They have to be heated which kill them, which essentialy does A LOT less for your skin. Which is why a product like Mary Kay, clinique, chanel, estee lauder (who buy research from mary kay) won't ever be found in a supermarket because they have active ingredients.

Do not use soap, your skin is acidic and soap has alkaline in it, mix the two together and it sets of your PH balance and can cause breakouts, dry skin, oily skin numerous problems.

Also an exfoliator 1-2 times a week is also very important!

Drink lotsa water, use face wash that exfoliates your skin, and if you have acne go see a dermatologist (better than using over-the-counter products), use oil-free face sunscreens, also facial products with Vitamin A and Retinol help, im using that at an early age so when I get old I still have youthful skin..hehe!

If you don't have a major acne problem, proactiv can BURN your skin. Be careful if you go that route. Try TimeWise by Mary K or Cetaphil cleansers and lotions.

You are what you eat, so if you eat clean, healthy foods it will reflect through your skin.
