No, all pilots cannot fly a helicopter. To fly a helicopter you must have a rotor-wing license. Before you can get that, you have to hold at east a private rating fixed-wing license. The min. requirement is 35 hours flight time, although most people require 50 or 60 hours to get their license. Once you aquire the fixed-wing license, you can start rotor-wing training.

I assume you are asking if you are trained to fly a plane can you fly a helicopter and the answer is pretty obvious that training to fly a plane is very different than a helicopter

No - Generally your question has been answered. You also no longer need to hold a fixed wing license to be licensed to fly helicopters.

A helicopter is differnt but to learn how to get it of the ground is easy.
All u have to do is increase the power to ful. than when u get to an altitude tip the nose forward just a tiny bit and your movin' and the same thing to land as to take off but just lower the throttle
